主要特点：

本机为口服液瓶及输液瓶等瓶子的专用清洗设备，釆用单轨或双轨结构，包括供瓶转盘、进瓶拨轮、清洗转鼓（根据需要可增加超声波清洗瓶转鼓）、出瓶导轨等工位。供瓶盘将瓶子整理成列送至拨轮处，二拨轮每转一周把数个瓶子拨进转鼓，转鼓作间歇转动，转鼓上的瓶子随转鼓转动，分别经过(超声波）、回用水冲淋、纯水（或注射用水）清洗及净化压缩空气吹淋完成整个洗瓶过程。由于本机采用模块组合化设计，转鼓可以整体脱卸，所以比传统机型更换规格更加方便，本机具备运转平稳，动作可靠，清洗效果好等优点。
