Main Performance：

This machine is mainly comprised of hopper,bottle sorting disc,bottle discharge unit,etc.The bottle is delivered to the hopper firstly,rotated and sorted by the bottle sorting disc,so that the bottles stand verically and are pushed to the discharge guide one by one to be orderly delivered to the conveyor belt to next step.This machine is able to fit different production speeds,and features with automatic stop function under bottle full and automatic start function under bottle shortage.lt is suitable for automatically feeding and sorting of plastic bottles in linked filling and packging lines for pharmaceutical,chemical food and other industres.lt can be used together with counter,paper inserting and capping machine,aluminum foil sealing machine,silica gel labeller,glue labeller for substituting the previous manual operation to meet the requirements of GMP.
